Carrigeen Bloodstock attend all the major thoroughbred sales in Europe buying youngstock from foals to three year olds for a wide range of clients at varying budgets for either racing or pinhooking. We are proud to have an excellent track record with our purchases.

Horses In Training

Carrigeen Bloodstock purchase racehorses in training at sales in Europe as well as privately for clients. Furthermore we manage racehorses on behalf of clients, liaising with trainers, discussing race planning and strategies thus ensuring that they reach their full potential and perform to their best on the racecourse.

Breeding Stock

Carrigeen Bloodstock attend breeding stock sales around Europe as well as travelling to stud farms to source fillies and broodmares for breeding.

Stallion Nominations

With our good relationships with many of the leading stallion farms we are able to secure stallion nominations on behalf of clients, often at better deals than the advertised nomination price. Furthermore we are happy to advise clients on mating plans for their mares, all free of charge.

If you have always wanted to experience the thrill of owning a racehorse, or the excitement of watching a horse you own selling in front of a packed sales ring, Carrigeen Bloodstock operate a number of syndicates both in the pin-hooking of youngstock and the racing of horses. These syndicates make it more affordable to get involved as well as sharing the fun with a group of like minded people.
